Self lubricating design without adding oil

When passing the directional rotary part, the lubricating oil can be evenly added to the oil storage space to continue to evenly lubricate the steel balls. Therefore, the frequency of lubricating oil replenishment can be effectively reduced. After testing, lithium soap base grease with high performance is added before leaving the factory. Under 0.2 times of dynamic rated load, it can be used for more than 2500 km without fatigue damage. Therefore, high performance lubricating grease is added at the time of delivery, which can ensure its service life without maintenance under normal use.
Improve motion smoothness
When the traditional linear guide rail without synchronous coupling starts to run, the steel balls on the load side will first move, and then push the steel balls in the direction of rotation and the no-load side, causing interlocking back and forth collisions, making the friction resistance fluctuate violently.
